We have all spent 2012 looking for value in our Internet marketing strategies. We have tweeted, liked, pinned and shared, and worked on creating a culture of content marketing within our own companies to encourage employee participation. As 2013 approaches, and we spend time evaluating and revising our marketing campaigns, here are some resolutions that I intend to adopt myself, and would suggest you do the same.
I have an over active imagination. That's part of why I enjoy so much Science Fiction and Fantasy, but it also means I think about things to the point of over thinking. I will start to imagine how a conversation is going to go and before I know it, I'm having a full-fledge argument in my mind. While that kind of worry and anxiety is stressful and a sin, there are definitely some benefits to having an over active imagination that can be applied to your business and marketing.
A microblog is a great way to support your business website, internet marketing, and customer communication. First, though, let's cover what a microblog is and then we can get into the what it does.
If you are blogging on your website, an easy way to make sure you find the time and inspiration is to enable blogging from your iPhone! You can then blog from anywhere at any time on any thing you see.
All you need is a site that supports a Blog API and an app for your iPhone. If you have a professional Drupal site that we've built for you, it takes just a minute for us to enable the requisite blogging module and you'll be ready to start.
I have done just that for my own site, and downloaded the iBlogger app for just $9.99 and now I can blog whenever it's convenient.
