Q: What is the investment?
A: You can choose between a Virtual Event Strategist VIP full-day ($1,997) or half-day ($997). The full day is recommended for all first-time event planners and virtual event hosts.
Q: How long does the process take?
A: The full-day intensive agenda includes 6 hours and is designed to cover everything you need to plan your next event. For those who have some experience hosting virtual events, you can choose the half-day intensive that is 3 hours.
Q: What happens after my Virtual Event Intensive?
A: After the Virtual Event Intensive, you will receive 30 days of Virtual Event Strategist support. This support is to discuss any questions or concerns about work completed during the intensive. This support does not include additional revisions that exceed what was completed during the Virtual Event Intensive. If additional work is needed, you’ll have the option to book an additional half-or full-day intensive or a retainer.
Q: Is this done in person or remotely?
A: Both! We can meet in person or organize a virtual meeting. If travel is required outside of St. Louis, MO, then travel arrangements can be made.
